Questions

Frequently asked

How early should I book my Umrah?

For regular dates, 4–6 weeks ahead is usually enough. For Ramadan and school holidays, book 2–3 months in advance as hotels near the Haram fill quickly.

Can you customise a package for my family?

Yes. Dates, hotel category, room sharing, meals and the number of days in Makkah and Madinah can all be adjusted. Share your requirements and we will send a tailored quote.

Can women travel for Umrah without a mahram?

Current Saudi rules allow women to perform Umrah without a mahram under certain conditions, and religious opinions on this differ. Speak to us and we will explain the current regulations so you can decide with your family.

Do you arrange travel for elderly pilgrims or those needing a wheelchair?

Yes. Tell us at the time of booking and we will arrange wheelchair assistance at airports, rooms with easy access and transport suited to their needs.

How do Hajj bookings work?

Hajj seats through private operators depend on the annual quota and rules issued by the Government of India and Saudi authorities. Register your interest with us and we will guide you through the timelines, documents and payments for the season.

What payment options are available?

We accept bank transfer and UPI. A booking amount secures your seat, with the balance due before departure. Every payment is acknowledged with a receipt.
